The SCANcube IV series combines a robust and compact design with an excellent price-performance ratio, making it suitable for both standard applications and demanding laser processes. With five aperture sizes, it offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of use cases. 

Thanks to various application-specific tuning options, the scan system can be optimally matched to different processing requirements. The SCANcube IV is the first scan head in the SCANcube family with integrated read-back functions. In combination with an RTC control board, monitoring and diagnostic data are available. The revised housing design also improves thermal management and increases thermal stability during operation. Compared to the SCANcube III, linearity has been improved by 30 percent, resulting in higher positioning accuracy and more precise process results overall.
