The security of our products is our highest priority. If you discover a potential vulnerability in the software or firmware of a SCANLAB product, please notify our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).
Report a Product Security Issue
We will acknowledge receipt of your report and review
the information you provide promptly.
Information to Include in Your Report
To help us process your report quickly, please include:
- Your contact details (name, email address, telephone number, company/organization)
- The affected product (product name and part number)
- The software or firmware version
- A description of the vulnerability
- The affected function or component
- If available: steps to reproduce the issue, log files, or screenshots
Our PSIRT Team
Our multidisciplinary team of experts assesses each report, coordinates any necessary action, and, if needed, keeps you informed about the next steps.
