dynAXIS® L

SCANLAB, the world's leading independent OEM manufacturer of scan solutions for deflecting and positioning laser beams, is extending its dynAXIS® galvanometer product range with the dynAXIS® L.

The rotor's 5.1 g•cm² moment of inertia makes the new dynAXIS® L ideal for 20 to 30 mm mirror apertures, resulting in the smallest focus diameters even with large image fields. SCANLAB's dynAXIS® L galvanometers are now available for use with apertures ranging from 5 to 30 mm.

As with all dynAXIS® series galvanometer scanners, the dynAXIS® L is tailored to handle the requirements of laser materials processing – via features such as its high-accuracy position detector and its rotor optimized for best dynamics and favorable response characteristics. Integrated temperature stabilization provides the scanner with exceptional long-term stability, even under challenging environmental conditions.

The dynAXIS® L forms the basis of SCANLAB's hurrySCAN® 20 and hurrySCAN® 25 scan heads, used in applications such as welding, soldering and electronics manufacturing (micro-via drilling, laser structuring), as well as in marking applications requiring maximum focus quality.
