hurrySCAN® 30 with varioSCAN 40FLEX

SCANLAB introduces a new, modular 3-axis scan system consisting of a varioSCAN 40FLEX processing field size. directly mounted onto a hurrySCAN® 30 scan head.

With its 30-mm aperture the hurrySCAN®30 extends the industry-proven hurrySCAN® 20/25 series with integral water and air cooling provisions. These scan heads are ideal to scan lasers in the kW-range at high speeds or when small laser spots in large field sizes are required.

The compact, sealed and robust design of the hurrySCAN® 30 enables applications like robot-assisted remote welding or cutting with CO2 or high beam-quality lasers such as novel disc or fiber lasers typically used in industrial environments.

The varioSCAN 40FLEX allows diffraction limited laser processing in variable field sizes by combining the highly dynamic varioSCAN 40 focusing mechanism with an additional motorized lens to adjust the processing field size.

Its high speed and modularity make this scan system the ideal choice for laser systems used in the textile or leather processing industry and for job shops. The varioSCAN 40FLEX can also be directly mounted onto existing hurrySCAN® 20 or hurrySCAN® 25 laser systems. hurrySCAN® 30 and varioSCAN 40FLEX can be easily controlled in 2D and 3D applications or for processing moving parts using SCANLAB RTC®interface boards.
