SCANcube® 7

SCANLAB is pleased to announce the latest addition to its product range, the internal linkSCANcube® 7, an ultra-compact scan head with 7 mm aperture.

The SCANcube® 7 performance is based on SCANLAB industry-proven internal linkdynAXIS® XS galvanometer scanners. The newly developed servo control electronics has been optimized to fulfill small-package requirements. This results in a scan head that fits within the volume of a 3 inch cube!

The ultra-compact dimensions of its robust, sealed protective housing make the SCANcube® 7 an ideal industry choice for easy integration into a range of existing production environments, even in confined or difficult-to-access locations.

The SCANcube® 7 is equipped with either an analog or a digital interface and can be controlled via a SCANLAB internal linkRTC® PC interface board or internal linkRTC® SCANalone interface board. The scan head is compatible with compact objectives as well as standard objectives for precise focusing.

Among the typical applications for the SCANcube® 7 are processes requiring the maximum writing speed - such as in the packaging or electronics industry traditionally served by inkjet marking. The SCANcube® 7 is ideally suited for any application where speed is a necessity and pre-existing process conditions limit the space available for automation.
